Warranty Information

10-Year Warranty

Freedman’s Office Furniture (FOF) offers a 10-Year Warranty, unless otherwise noted, to the initial customer who purchases directly from Freedman’s Office Furniture.

Our 10-Year Warranty is our assurance to you that our products will be free from defective material or workmanship for the life of the product, under normal use and with proper care and maintenance.

FOF promises to repair any defective material or workmanship. If we are unable to repair it, we will replace it with a comparable product or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price.

What is Covered by the FOF 10-Year Warranty?

• Any ECO panel part

• ECO electrical components

• Any Carmel desking components

• Any Santa Monica desking components

• Any In-Stock desk or chair – excludes pre-owned or clearance items

• Laminate surfaces

• Seating controls

• Wood seating

• Panel fabrics – All fabric grades are covered by a five (5) year warranty period

What is Not Covered?

• Matching of colors, grain, or textures in wood, leather, or other natural materials

• Customer’s Own Material (COM) selected and used at the user's request

• Products damaged by normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse, accident, or shipping

• Products used for rental purposes

This 10-Year Warranty does not cover the cost of transportation or labor.
All requests for replacement must be submitted in writing and reference the original invoice number and freight bill as proof of delivery.

Product will not be accepted for warranty replacement without prior written consent from Freedman’s Office Furniture. All freight charges must be prepaid; we will not accept freight collect shipments.

Freedman’s Office Furniture makes no warranty that its products are suitable for any particular purpose other than their intended use. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are made outside those listed in this warranty.

In no event shall Freedman’s Office Furniture be liable, whether in tort or contract, for any direct, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages.

No officer, employee, agent, or representative of Freedman’s Office Furniture has the authority to assume greater liability or expand upon this warranty.
