Who do rentals work for?
Florida only. We deliver and install across the state of Florida. We don't rent outside the state.

The furniture stays where we install it. Relocating it needs our sign-off, since we're responsible for its condition when it comes back.

Yes. If you want to keep what we installed, we'll price it out for purchase when your term ends. This is a common path for our rental customers: rent while the space and the headcount are still moving, buy once things settle.

Both, depending on what you need and what you're budgeting. Our rental inventory includes new stock and professionally refurbished pieces, and refurbished is the lower monthly rate if you're managing to a number. We'll tell you the condition of every item on your quote before you sign anything, and you're welcome to see it in person at our Tampa showroom first.

No. We deliver and install across Florida only. If you need furniture outside the state, we can still sell and ship to you nationwide.

7-14 days from credit approval to an installed office, depending on the size of the order and what's in stock. Tell us your move-in date and we'll confirm before you commit to anything.

Three months and $500 per month. The $500 is the total monthly rental, not a per-item minimum.

Both. Full panel systems, workstations, task and guest seating, conference tables, and storage. Cubicle rental is unusual in this industry because most rental companies don't install panel systems. We manufacture ours, so we do.
