Return & Shipping Policies

Average transit time depends on the manufacturer and product. The method by which you process your order from the time you finish your purchase to the time it is delivered to your location is as follows.

  1. On receiving your order, we first verify stock with the manufacturer.
  2. In-stock orders are processed immediately and should leave the manufacturer’s warehouse in 24-72 business hours.
  3. Orders with back ordered items are placed on hold while we conduct a search for viable replacements. When replacements are located the order then resumes processing and departure from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
  4. When orders are booked and shipped with a freight carrier you will be emailed a tracking number to track your shipment.
  5. When an item is nearing your location, if your item was shipped via freight, you will receive a call from the shipper in order to schedule a time to have your furniture delivered.

All items are shipped via our own trucks or booked through outside carriers. Customers located in Florida may elect to have our delivery team hand deliver and assemble furniture items on site.

Returns

We guarantee the quality of our items and returns are extremely unusual. It is critical to go over the specifics of your purchase thoroughly and completely before the freight arrives so you know exactly what you will get before it arrives. If you plan ahead and ensure that you're ordering precisely what you require up front, you'll save time in the long run.

Before you purchase:

  • Measure your space and/or request a floor plan from our designers.
  • To help you envision how the furniture will look in your office, use masking tape and apply it to the floor.
  • Our designers may make suggestions that are industry standard for clearance in smaller, more compact places. It's critical to listen to what they have to say.
  • Double-check any invoices or estimates for mistakes. Make certain you know what each line item is before placing your order to ensure you receive exactly what you want.

Receiving your freight:

  • If your goods arrive damaged, snap photographs of the harmed freight and contact us as soon as possible so that replacements may be sent to you following our instructions for collecting freight correctly.
  • Within 10 days of being notified that an order is ready for warehouse pickup, you must collect local items from our facility. Any uncollected goods will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Do not refuse freight. If you reject freight, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Returning freight:

  • Freight returns must be authorized by our staff. If you attempt to send items back to us without first obtaining permission, your return may be denied.
  • Only stock items are eligible for returns, special order items are not be returnable.
  • Items being returned to us are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • After your order has been shipped, shipping and freight costs are non-refundable. All items being returned to us need to be in their original box, with the original packaging.
  • All items being returned must be in excellent condition. Items that have been scratched, damaged, misused, or have screw holes in them will not be accepted.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your freight.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You're responsible for arranging your own freight and properly palletizing your goods so they may be returned to us intact.
  • Upon receiving your returned freight your refund will be processed in 3-7 business days less restocking fees and shipping costs.

Local Returns:

  • Items being returned to us are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Special/Custom Orders do not qualify for returns. Special/Custom Sales are final and non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase.
  • All items being returned to us need to be in their original box, with the original packaging.
  • All items being returned to us must be in new condition. Items that have been scratched, damaged, mishandled or have screw holes in them will be denied.
  • Rendered delivery and assembly services are non-refundable.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your items.
  • Labor costs for returning items locally are billed at your expense. You are responsible for ensuring items arrive back to us undamaged.

Cancellation:

  • Standard items can be canceled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund.
  • Items that are Made to Order are not cancelable if they are already in production.
  • Orders that have been palletized and/or loaded onto trucks are considered shipped and would be processed as Returns.
