Collection: Office Hutches for Desks & Credenzas

A hutch adds enclosed storage above a desk or credenza without taking a square foot of floor space, which is why it is usually the first thing specified when an office runs short on storage but cannot lose circulation room.

Check the width first

Our hutches are built to sit on a matching desk or credenza, so the width has to line up. Most are 71" or 72" wide, which matches a 71" or 72" desk. Depth runs 14" to 16", shallower than the surface below so the work area stays usable underneath.

Desk-mounted or wall-mounted

A desk-mounted hutch sits on the credenza and runs around 40" to 41" high, giving you doors, pigeon holes and in some models a tackboard. A wall-mounted hutch is shallower at about 17" high and fixes to the wall instead, which leaves the credenza surface completely clear. The mounting kit is included.

Laminate or glass doors

Laminate doors hide what is behind them, which suits files and supplies. White glass doors on soft-close hinges keep the wall reading light and open, and work better in a room where the hutch faces visitors. Both close quietly.

Hutches are sold separately from the desks and credenzas they sit on, so check the width of the piece you already have before ordering. If you are not sure what will fit, send us a photo or your floor plan and we will tell you.
