How it works

Find the same item advertised for less, and send us the details. Once we verify the price, we'll match it. It's that simple.

What qualifies

To keep the guarantee fair for every customer, a price match applies when:

The item is identical in brand, model, size, finish, and configuration. The competing price is publicly advertised and currently available from a US competitor with the item in stock. The comparison is based on the total delivered price, including shipping, freight, and any installation or assembly, so you're comparing what it actually costs to get the furniture in place and ready to use. The request is submitted before purchase.

What's excluded

The guarantee does not apply to used, refurbished, open-box, clearance, or closeout items; auction or third-party marketplace listings; membership-only or unauthorized reseller pricing; pricing errors or typographical mistakes; or promotional bundles and limited-time flash sales.
