Collection: Conference Room Furniture

A conference room needs three things chosen together: a table sized to the room, chairs suited to how meetings run, and storage along the wall. This page gathers all three. For tables only, see conference tables.

The table

Choose the table first, because it sets how many chairs you need. Ours run from 6' to 12' in racetrack, boat shaped and rectangular tops, with round meeting tables from 36" to 48" for smaller rooms. Leave at least three feet of clear floor around the table so chairs can be pushed back. Sizing by seat count is covered in conference tables.

Conference room chairs

Meeting room chairs are sat in for an hour or two at a time, so the priorities differ from a desk chair: easy seat height adjustment, a tilt that lets people lean back, and a look that suits the room. The Ivello comes in bonded leather in black, grey, sand or white with a knee tilt. The Altitude is black or sand bonded leather with a synchro tilt. Bacia chairs are leather on aluminum bases, and the Bacia mid back keeps a lower profile across the table. Bedarra executive chairs pair loop or fixed arms with a spring tilt.

Storage along the wall

A credenza along the wall holds supplies and gives a surface for coffee or catering. The Santa Monica credenza with a 4-drawer lateral file is 72" wide and 24" deep, and the Santa Monica wall mounted hutch and double credenza pairs the two pieces with glass doors. More are in office credenzas.
