Collection: Reception Desks

A reception desk does one job a regular desk does not: it gives a visitor something to stand at while the person behind it keeps working. Everything worth comparing follows from that.

The transaction counter

The raised counter is what makes it a reception desk. On our Bellagio and Santa Monica desks it sits at 42" to 43", a comfortable height for someone standing to sign in, while the receptionist works at a lower surface behind it. Santa Monica offers the counter in laminate or white glass; Bellagio and Carmel build it in the desk's own finish.

L-shaped reception desks

An L-shaped reception desk adds a return at right angles to the counter, a second surface for a monitor, phone or paperwork. Ours are roughly 71" to 72" wide and 71" to 72" deep overall, so measure the corner before choosing. The Bellagio and Carmel L-shaped desks include two pedestals, one box, box, file and one file, file.

Curved reception desks

The Santa Monica curved reception desk is 120" wide and 24" deep with a white glass transaction top at 42" high. Additional units extend it in 60" increments, so the desk can grow with the lobby rather than being replaced.

Laminate or white glass

The Santa Monica L-shaped desk comes with a laminate or a white glass transaction counter on the same frame and footprint. Laminate matches the desk; white glass lightens the counter a visitor stands at. Santa Monica finishes are grey, espresso, blanc de gris, miele and noce. Bellagio comes in grey or walnut, Carmel in mahogany or espresso.

Furnishing the rest of the lobby

Seating for the waiting side is in lounge seating and office guest chairs, with tables in office coffee and end tables. Send us the lobby dimensions and we will lay it out and quote it.
