Yes, and we are happy to fit your procurement process where we can. Send your PO referencing our quote number and we will acknowledge it in writing, then invoice against your PO number so your accounts payable can match it without chasing us. We can also provide a W-9, a certificate of insurance, and complete your vendor registration paperwork. Deposit and payment terms are set with your quote.

Yes. We ship nationwide by freight. Cubicles and casegoods are too large and heavy for standard parcel carriers, so those orders go freight regardless of size.

Most cubicle orders ship the same week. Larger configurations take longer to build, and you get a firm ship date with your quote rather than a vague estimate after you have ordered.

We mail material samples free: panel fabric, seating textile, worksurface laminate, and a framed cubicle panel with the hardware on it. Most of our national clients order this way. If you are near Tampa or West Palm Beach, both showrooms have full configurations set up.
