“I wanted to take a moment and comment on my experience with Freedman’s Furniture in Tampa, FL. Our company has been in business since 1998. We are in the service provider business as we delivery the products on dedicated trucks for many big retailers.
Just recently, we acquired a new corporate office, one in which required the purchase of all new furniture. With that said, we wanted very nice furniture. Freedman’s has been known locally to specialize in this particular type of furniture for many years. I decided to go check them out.
I arrived at their main showroom on Hillsborough Ave, behind Tampa International Airport. Besides their showroom being very easy to peruse, their selection of products to choose from far exceeded my expectations. I ended up getting all of our furniture from them. Then, while I was placing my order with their sales lady Leidiana, in walks a very snazzy, talkative, personable, well dressed business man. Behold, it’s none other than Mr. Freedman himself.
I complimented Mr. Freedman an on my experience with his staff and from there, we engaged in a lengthy and interesting conversation about life, business, and other things.
Subsequently, I hired Freedman’s to come out and assemble all the pieces I had ordered. His team was there at the beginning of the time window I was promised. The two gentlemen where just a nice and personable as Mr. Freedman. There was not even a scratch on the furniture and they did such a great job.
I am in the customer service and delivery industry and I know it very well. I also know how tough it is to find great help. Mr. Freedman has not only found the right ingredients, but he clearly knows well how to sustain that level of service in every aspect of his business. Mr. Freedman clearly has been doing this a very long time yet he still felt compelled to have a warm and inviting conversation with me, just one mere customer of thousands I am sure he has had over the years.
I am very pleased with Freedman’s Furniture, the fantastic deal I received on the furniture, the high level of service, and that down home personal feeling I received by shopping there. “Really nice office furniture at great prices to buy. We never lease so I can’t comment on their lease offers. Delivery times are 1-2 weeks, or 4-6 if it’s something special they need to order. Nice variety from traditional, cubicles, modern. We are into modern, gray and simple and we found exactly what we were looking for. Price was about what you can expect at Office Depot or main stream furniture stores, but double the quality at least. The only downside is the wait to get it and slow service in the store, but I’d rather slow service than someone who stalks you while you shop.”
