Return and Refund Policy

Customer has 24 hours or 1 business day to change, cancel or modify their order. Customer acknowledges that all items are Non – Cancelable, Non – Returnable and Non – Refundable . By agreeing to this policy the customer acknowledges that this order is final and cannot be changed.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you receive a defective item that can be repaired with replacement parts, we’ll send the parts you need at no charge to you. If t he defect cannot be resolved with replacement parts, we will pay the shipping charges to return the item to us and we’ll send a replacement to you.

 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, contact us immediately for ass istance. We can send replacement products to you before we receive the damaged merchandise back, but you must provide the required documentation within 10 days of the original delivery date. If we do not receive your documentation within 10 days, you may b e charged for the replacement products.
