Heather Vermette joined the Freedman’s team in 2000 with a strong passion for great design and industry experience she has been a sales leader from the start. Originally from Grand Rapids MI, she moved to Tampa to complete her B.A. in Interior Design. She brings 13 years of knowledge & experience to the every project she handles in her role for the contract sales division. She is active the Tampa bay community through Junior League, as well as IIDA, IADT alumni advisory board and personal networking groups.

He served in the Infantry with the United States Marine Corps. From 1979-1983. He
worked for McKesson as an Operations Manager from 1983 to 1998. He was a Project
Manager with IBS from 1998 to 2000. He is a member of St. James Church and helps
with different functions in the community, such as Metropolitan Ministries, Share
Program and the Salvation Army.

He began his career in the hospitality industry holding positions of Director of

hotel company. Mike joined the commercial furniture and office supply industry 7
years ago. He has experience with three top five system product lines and multi-million
dollar, multi-state furniture project installations. He has a life long love of
theatre, sings bass-baritone and enjoys performing along with two favorite leading
ladies - his wife of almost 19 years and his 16 year old daughter.

Steve founded Freedman's Office Furniture in 1980 shortly after graduating from
the University of South Florida College of Business Administration with a Bachelor
of Arts in Finance. Over the next 27 years he has achieved great success with 2
furniture showrooms, a 40,000 sq.ft. distribution center and opening Freedman's
Office Supplies. Steve is an integral part of the Tampa Bay business community belonging
to several organizations and contributing to numerous charities.
